Hero did a thorough assessment of the hail damage to our home. They communicated often and timely with us and our insurance company. Our repairs included roof, garage doors, windows, and exterior painting. All were done well and completed within the required time frame. The workman were all very professional. HERO exteriors was by far the best contractor we have worked with. The team is great. We had our roof, gutters and down spouts replaced due to area hail storms. The gutters on our house were old and rusty and beginning to leak. Rob and the HERO team did a great job replacing them. In addition they installed gutter guards to keep them from filling up with leaves, etc.

Rob and Crista and the rest of the team really know how to not only work directly with your insurance company, but also how to properly install the work to local and state building codes. The process of getting it settled may take a little bit of time, they are just dotting I’s and crossing t’s. Choosing HERO will be the best decision you make all year. – Coming from Former employee of HERO that is now installing solar panels in South Carolina and that has worked for several contracting companies over the years. HERO exteriors did a complete refurbishment of the exterior on one of our properties including roof replacement, exterior painting and other repairs on a house and two outbuildings. They did such a great job we used them again and they just replaced the roofs on our house and barn.

HERO exteriors is AMAZING!!! We live on the Western slope. GJ. I had called 8 local companies to get a roof replacement estimate. Guess no one really wanted the job because it took two of them over a week to call me back and that was only after I called them twice. None of the other ones called back… at all. So, I got on Home Advisor and made some more inquiries. Wow! After contacting 4 more companies, HERO was the only one to call me back and did so with in a few hours. HERO was able to get to our house in less than a week to give us an estimate. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company, kept us in the loop on everything throughout the whole process. We now have a new beautiful roof and gutters. They did the tear-off and new install all in one day! As I said, AMAZING! We are very happy and pleased.
