Our Process

We take the time to get the estimate done right the first time. We get bids on anything being subcontracted like Garage Doors /AC units, we use pictures to document and support everything in our estimate, we include codes where necessary, our estimates are very thorough from the start. Once the estimate is complete, we get together with the home owner face to face to go over every line item and make sure they understand why we are asking for what we are.  We keep the home owner informed every step of the way and do not start any work until we have an agreed upon price with insurance so the homeowner is never stuck with any surprise bills at the end.

STEP 1:

Call or fill out a form for our “Free Inspection/Estimate.” We will come out and complete full inspection on property with photo documentation. We then can help you file a claim with your insurance company if you have not already.

STEP 2:

Customer signs our restoration agreement saying if we get the claim approved they will use us for their project. We will then meet with the adjuster on site to make sure no damage is overlooked and see to the claim is approved.

STEP 3:

We put together our own estimate, go over every line with customer to make sure they understand everything. Once all questions have been answered we have customer sign our agreement to get the project timeline started. Supplement for anything insurance did not include.

STEP 4:

Once supplements are approved and we have an agreed upon project total with insurance, we begin our project as scheduled. No money is required until materials are delivered, then we require the material deposit.

STEP 5:

The project manager will do a full walk around with the home owner at the end of all work to make sure there is 100% satisfaction. Once work is completed the rest of the money is due. Next, enjoy your space with full peace of mind!
